I've been trying to bid for one more module, but it seems that a lot of modules are currently not available in the current round of bidding.

Which is preposterous - according to the bidding schedules, I should be able to bid for any module from now on!

I've called the helpline, and the fella just told me, 'Oh, it could be that the various departments have chosen to not allow bidding in this round. Nothing I can do.'

When I left Sg, my mother gave me her old manual Singer machine. We move every 3 years so I eventually had to sell it because of the weight and bulk. I replaced it with a Kenmore electric model a few years back. It's slightly above your basic machine because I really don't need any fancy features.

My 2 year renewal was up last June and I had a choice between the Razr and the Katana (which I ended up with). Althought I liked the Razr, I didn't like how flat the keypad was. When I dial, I tend to dial by feel. The Katana has a slightly "raised" keypad which is why I went with it.

Not all clamshells open means answering the calls right?

Anyway, why bear wants only clamshell? Now got slide phones also..

personally i don't really like motorola.. don't really like the functions..

Ahhh...yes, the old Singer model - mom wanted me to inherit her old wooden one that operates by foot, and I did for a few years...until I was attracted by the new machines that comes with better functions (eg. hem trimming). Gave the old one to my cousin.

Moms always like their daughters to inherit their precious commodities hor. Laughing

Some small shops at Toa Payoh central...don't go to those that offers plan...those will sell it at $450+ without plan.

BTW, the SE K800 does have a camera, mp3, and FM radio. The only drawback was that the older version did not have a cover for the camera, and it's very thick.

The newer version K880 is nicer, being 5mm thinner and the camera has a cover. However, but the buttons sux and are too far apart - which was the only thing preventing me from getting it.

oh, my colleague has a friend who does that.
can get phones really cheap.

but no warranty because he imported it from taiwan or something.
he was selling an O2 for almost $200 cheaper.
